• You are capable of forming a legally binding agreement.
• You will provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You will not create multiple accounts for the same person.
• Your use of the platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. Account Registration

When you register for a MicroJobLab account:

• You will be assigned a unique affiliate code for tracking your activity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accounts may be subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline or revoke account access at our discretion.

3. Earning and Payouts

MicroJobLab provides opportunities to earn money by completing tasks and referring new users. The following terms apply:

• Task Completion: Earnings are credited when a task is completed and verified by the advertiser or network. Verification times vary by task.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.00 USD.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed on a 15-day cycle, on the 1st and 15th of each month. Processing takes 1-3 business days after the payout date.
• Payout Methods: Available methods include PayPal, cryptocurrency (USDT), and bank transfer. Additional fees may apply depending on the method.
• Referral Bonuses: You earn $2.00 for each referred user who signs up and completes their first task (qualified referral).
• Earnings Adjustments: Earnings may be adjusted if a task completion is reversed, found to be fraudulent, or not verified by the advertiser.
• Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on earnings received from MicroJobLab.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings:

• Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks or generate clicks.
• Providing false or misleading information to complete tasks.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the tracking or conversion system.
• Engaging in click fraud, incentivized clicks, or misleading advertising.
• Using VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location for task eligibility.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications with your referral links.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform's security.
• Violating the terms of any third-party advertiser or offer provider.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies.

Upon termination, any pending earnings from verified and legitimate activity may still be paid out at our discretion. Earnings associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

6. Limitation of Liability

MicroJobLab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific task or earning opportunity.
• We are not liable for any loss of earnings due to advertiser chargebacks, reversals, or network issues.
• We are not responsible for the content, actions, or policies of third-party advertisers or websites.
• In no event shall MicroJobLab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid to you through the platform in the preceding 12 months.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of MicroJobLab after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
